Random Recordings #25

This is part of a series I call random recordings. You can learn more here: https://anthonymontalbano.com/random-recordings-1/

The following recordings are for January 2019:

  1. Returning to your breath from a lost thought in meditation is like flexing your bicep when working out.
  2. Meditation is like the “Magic Eye” posters; it takes a little bit of practice to learn how to focus, but once you’re able to see, you’re able to see things much more clearly.
  3. Unconsciously Incompetent, consciously incompetent, consciously competent, unconsciously competent.
  4. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.
