  1. Returning to your breath from a lost thought in meditation is like flexing your bicep when working out.
  2. Meditation is like the “Magic Eye” posters; it takes a little bit of practice to learn how to focus, but once you’re able to see, you’re able to see things much more clearly.
  3. Unconsciously Incompetent, consciously incompetent, consciously competent, unconsciously competent.
  4. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.

  6. When talking about people, praise by name, criticize by category.
